The video below was put together by Gaz Coward (Director) Dougy (Mike Douglas, Stunt Man) They tied rop around there ancles and chest them ran as fast as they could away from some goal posts and trust us they were in pain afterwards they ripped the skin right off their bodies.

Adam Mountain returns with another stunt of the season! This time Adam decided to challenge someone bigger than him to a boxing match in the local park, Adam ended up taking a few big punches, take a look and decided who won the match!
